A deposit by credit card or check in the amount of one half the value of your ride or the full value of a one night stay is required for stays of 3 days or less. Longer stays require a larger deposit. Balance is due on arrival, payable by credit, cash or check.

For cancellation made within 7 days of your stay, carriage or sleighride for any reason other than dangerous driving conditions, you will be charged the full amount of your booking if Loon Meadow Farm cannot rebook your reserved date.
